A closer look at our smart building project

Lloret over the yearlong project, undertook the Master Systems Integrator (MSI) role for the Cat-B Fit-Out of the office refurbishment at 24 Endell Street – PATRIZIA‘s International HQ.

Lloret were engaged to carry out the Master Systems Integrator role for 200,000 sqft Shell & Core development at 33 Charterhouse Street – also referred to as JJ Mack. Our scope of works included the design, install and integration of several building systems. 

Since 2021, Lloret has been working on the 34-storey development of 40 Leadenhall, which includes restoring and integrating the Grade II listed building 19-21 Billiter Street, built in 1865.

Lloret installed the BMS for the Space House refurbishment projectbringing back to life the building to create 255,000 sqft of market-leading Grade A office space. A public realm sits at the base of the building, offering a space for restaurants and shops.
